No, there is no change in ownership. We remain 100% Australian owned by the original founders of Wollongong City Security Pty Ltd.
All existing contracts remain valid and unchanged. If you have any questions regarding your contracts, do not hesitate to contact us on operations@wcgsecurity.com.au
Our phone numbers remain the same, and we can be contacted through our 24/7 controlroom on 02 4226 1966.
Our email domains will be updated to @wcgsecurity.com.au; however, the old domains will continue to work, and all emails will be received and sent from the new domain name.
The business name and logo on our invoices, quotations, purchase orders and other offcial documents will progressively change to feature the new name and logo. If you require any updated documents for compliance, please contact us on info@wcgsecurity.com.au
Yes, new signage has been created. If your site currently has Wollongong City Security external warning signage this will be progressively updated. Our operations team will be in contact with you progressively to advise when this will happen. If you require new changes.
Yes, we have upgraded a few of our fleet vehicles and have updated all our fleet to into a new and refreshed WCG Security brand identity.
